We Are Hiring – Property Sales & Marketing Assistant
We are a small but very active firm of Chartered Surveyors with a long-established excellent reputation for our high level of professionalism and commercial property expertise. We sell and let commercial property and businesses, carry out property valuations for various purposes and conduct professional advisory services such as rent reviews, lease renewals and general property matters.
We are looking to recruit an ambitious, motivated, energetic and enthusiastic person, ideally with a property/estate agency background, to join our team. Good communication abilities are essential and an interest in marketing and sales, together with negotiating and meeting people from all walks of life. The role requires an individual with excellent IT skills, self-organisation and office management abilities.
The role is full-time and based in our offices in York City Centre.
