High Petergate Letting to Retail & Bag Drop Facility
Barry Crux & Company is pleased to announce the letting of 20 High Petergate, an early 19th century grade II listed building.
The retail unit most recently traded as La Cremeria, provides circa 350 sq ft of ground floor trading space.
The new tenant, Yorbag Limited, owned and operated by Mr Dave Martin, will offer the sale of ice cream, refreshments and tourist related items, along with a bag drop/left luggage facility for tourists and shoppers alike. Yorbag began trading on Sunday 25th June for limited services whilst a full shop re-fit is being undertaken.
The retail unit was let off an asking rent of £16,500 per annum.
