Shambles Letting
Barry Crux & Company is pleased to announce completion of the assignment of the lease relating to 40 Shambles.
The shop unit enjoys significant levels of footfall from shoppers and tourists due to its position on the historic Shambles and the assignment generated a lot of interest.
London’s Pride Limited is the new tenant and will sell gifts and souvenirs to complement its existing outlets on High Petergate and Low Petergate.
The retail shop which was available by way of assignment, was let off a premium of £15,000.
