Sale of Traditional Sweet Shop Business in York
Barry Crux & Company is pleased to announce completion of the sale of this Traditional Sweet Shop located on Church Street in York.
Located in the heart of the retailing core of York City Centre with excellent levels of footfall – the business has enjoyed good levels of sale and profitability and has been a popular shop on Church Street since it opened in 2012.
The business specialises in the sale of a wide variety of confectionery such as handmade chocolates, fudge, traditional sweets and American candy.
The owner Rachel Harris is selling the business to focus on her other business commitments. The keys are now in the hands of local Businessman and Retailer Adam Scott, who intends to continue to operate the Sweet Shop as it is currently.
