Now Let: Black Horse Inn, Little Weighton
Barry Crux & Company are pleased to announce the letting of The Black Horse Inn at Little Weighton, Cottingham, by way of a new lease arrangement.
Little Weighton is situated about a mile or so outside Walkington, and is within easy travelling distance of Cottingham, Beverley and indeed Hull.
The attractive, typical East Yorkshire Village Inn, has operated in the past as a destination catering business. It also caters for local trade, in addition to drawing this in from further afield.
It comprises a Reception Area, Lounge Bar, Lounge, Restaurant with minimum 40 covers, Private Dining Room for up to 12 covers, and spacious and well appointed Catering Kitchen. In addition there is a spacious and well appointed 3 Bedroomed Flat. The whole is complemented by having a Beer Garden, Terrace, Rear Balcony and a spacious Car Park.
The Black Horse Inn can cater for over 150 covers in total. It has in the past had an excellent reputation for its catering, and it is expected that this will be resurrected going forward.
The Black Horse has been taken over by Phil Daly, who has moved from a very successful similar licensed outlet with a catering offering, close by.
