Sale of The Eskdale Inn, Castleton
Barry Crux & Company are delighted to announce that they have recently completed the letting of the Eskdale Inn, Castleton, on behalf of their longstanding clients, Mr & Mrs Shaun Keogh.
The Eskdale Inn is situated on the edge of the village, adjoining the Esk Valley Railway line. It sits in a good site with a beer garden area, and a traditional quoits pitch.
Internally the property has the benefit of a Lounge Bar, Dining Area, Games Room, and Catering Kitchen to ground floor, and letting accommodation and private quarters to the first floor. The new tenants, Mr Marcus Boxhall-Smith, Miss Kirsty Wheller, Mr Matthew Hall and Mrs Janet Boxhall-Smith have plans in hand to carry out a refurbishment of the main trading rooms, to create a larger restaurant facility.
