Barry Crux and Company are pleased to announce they have completed the sale of The Ackhorne – a long established Public House specialising in real ales.
Situated in the quaint location on St Martin’s Lane, off ever popular Micklegate in York – the property comprises of two open plan trading rooms and Beer Garden to the rear, with spacious 3 Bedroomed Managers flat and roof terrace to first floor.
Having traded at The Ackhorne for a number of years and having built up the business, the vendor Peter Pendlebury has decided to sell the lease to focus on other interests. The new tenants, Mike Edmondson and Eleanor Gibson have now taken over and we wish them every success with their new venture.
