Sale of Well-established Sandwich Takeaway Business, York
Barry Crux and Company are pleased to announce they have completed the sale of Krusties – a well-established sandwich takeaway business located at 2 Patrick Pool in York.
The property is located on Patrick Pool, which forms a link between Church Street and Newgate, which subsequently connects into Shambles and Shambles Market. Shambles Market is home to the increasingly popular Shambles Food Market and is seen as a focal point for the popular street food scene.
Patrick Pool is close to many tourist attractions, most prominently Shambles, whilst being only a short walking distance to York Minster amongst others.
Having traded for over 6 years and having built up an excellent reputation, owners Mr Stuart Brown and Mrs Veska Brown have decided to hang up their aprons and head to pastures new. The new tenant, Ms Camelia Andrei has now taken over the reins and we wish everyone involved, every success.
The business was sold off an asking price of £35,000.
