Lease of popular country Pub in North Yorkshire

Barry Crux and Company are pleased to announce they have completed negotiations for a new lease for The Royal Oak.  This well-established restaurant/pub is in the popular and well placed village of Staveley, just outside Knaresborough in North Yorkshire.

The Royal Oak has an excellent catering reputation and is an important focal point to the village life in Staveley, with regular trade and custom. Its catering offering attracts customers from a wide area.

The property comprises three trading rooms, with spacious living accommodation and sits in a very large site with a large car park, beer garden to the front and rear, as well as the added attraction of a substantial caravan and camping area and even “allotments” at the rear of the site!

The lease has been taken by Simon Swayne, a very experienced operator, and we wish him and his family well with this venture. We acted on behalf of a private owner of the Royal Oak.
