Letting of Public House in scenic coastal village near Whitby
Acting on behalf of the landlord Mulgrave Estate, Barry Crux & Company is pleased to confirm completion of the letting of the Fox & Hounds in Goldsborough, near Whitby.
This public house is situated to the north of Whitby and enjoys the enviable scenic views across Whitby Bay. The licensed premises comprise three main trading rooms and a sizeable beer garden to the front. The pub has previously had a focus on catering, but the new tenants, Mr Richard Angell and Mrs Angela Angell are keen to return the public house to its original status of a village country pub.
