Completion News for January
Many of us will be relieved to see the back of January but on the whole at Barry Crux & Co we have had a busy and positive start to the new year.
In recent weeks we have completed on the sale of Tea on the Green in Acomb, Crumbs Cupcakery, College Street, York, 12 Shambles and the Wine Warehouse in Ripon.
We have also experienced an increase in activity in the market place with good numbers of viewings taking place and ongoing negotiations with various properties and businesses. In addition we have been very busy advising clients on putting property onto the market so interested parties should stay tuned to our website for upcoming opportunities.
