Letting of Traditional Public House in Idyllic North Yorkshire Village
Acting on behalf of the landlord, Barry Crux & Company is pleased to confirm completion of the letting of The Bay Horse Inn in Ravensworth, near Richmond.
The traditional public house comprises three main trading rooms and an attractive beer garden to the rear. The pub has traditionally had a focus on catering and has maintained a good reputation for this over the years.
The property also provides two en-suite letting bedrooms and private living accommodation for the Tenant at first floor level. This is further complemented by a cottage which is attached to the pub and provides further living accommodation or a holiday letting opportunity.
The owners of the pub both worked full time in the business for over 20 years and decided it was time for them to pursue other interests.
The Bay Horse Inn was let off an asking rental of £20,000 per annum with an additional sum being paid for the goodwill of the business, fixtures and fittings.
