Letting of Well Known Restaurant Premises in York City Centre
Barry Crux & Company is delighted to announce completion of the letting of 19 Grape Lane.
The premises, which are situated in one of York’s popular catering quarters, have been traded as a restaurant for many years and were most recently occupied by the popular No. 19 Restaurant. Following its closure earlier this year, Barry Crux & Company was instructed by the landlord to let the premises.
The characterful Grade II listed building provides seating over two floors with a catering kitchen on the second floor and this arrangement suits a variety of catering operations.
The premises have been let to Mr Komgree Santatkollakarn of Khao San Road (Walmgate) and Rice Style (Bishopthorpe Road) Thai restaurants and we understand that he will be opening a Thai Tapas restaurant at 19 Grape Lane. We wish Mr Santatkollakarn every success in his new venture.
