A sweet deal completed on Shambles
Barry Crux & Company is pleased to announce completion of the sale of Sweet Treasures at 5 Shambles.
The business was established 15 years ago and specialises in the sale of confectionary from the Grade II Listed shop. With a retail area of 122 sq. ft. plus additional storage space and yard, it is an easily managed shop unit that takes full advantage of its excellent location on Shambles.
We’re pleased to confirm that the new owner, Adam Scott, plans to continue running the business as a traditional sweet shop.
The lease and business were sold off an asking price of £29,500.
We wish Mr Scott every success in his new venture.
