Barry Crux & Company are pleased to announce the completed sale of the business of the Bluebell in Fossgate on behalf of Jim and Sue Hardie who have operated the pub for many years.
The Bluebell is a Grade II* Listed Building of some note, and has it’s two trading rooms in their original arrangement, completely intact.
The lease and business has been purchased by John Pybus, and this was off the original asking price.
