City Centre Retail Letting
Fossgate continues to prosper as it welcomes another new independent business to the street.
In the past, 23 Fossgate has been used as a furniture showroom and opticians but it has now been let to a local couple for a different use. In recent years, Fossgate has become a real “foodie” street and the new tenants recognised the potential to create an independent café.
The unit provides a net internal area of 683 sq ft and is being completely refurbished by the tenants having received the necessary planning permission and listed building consent.
We are pleased that another vacant unit in the city centre has found new tenants and that the commercial property market in York continues to improve.
We wish the tenants every success in their new venture.
