Acting on behalf of local restaurant operator, David North of Cabre Verde, Barry Crux & Company have sold the lease and fixtures and fittings in relation to 1 Peter Lane, York.
The fully fitted restaurant/cafe premises are situated close to the junction with Market Street in the heart of York city centre on the edge of the prime retail core around Coney Street and Parliament Street.

Cabre Verde has relocated to new premises at 5 Lendal.
The purchaser, Joanna McFadzean, of Bruks Café (which traded successfully on Piccadilly for 5 years until the premises were recently acquired for re-development), is looking forward to opening at 1 Peter Lane this Summer and welcoming customers, old and new.
The lease and fixtures and fittings were sold off an asking price of £20,000.
