A number of Spring completions
We are pleased to announce the following completions over the Spring period:
25A Bootham was let off an asking rent of £15,000 per annum. The retail unit was on the market for a few months and received a good level of interest over that period.
The New Inn at Easingwold sold off an asking price of £385,000. This large property was sold with the benefit of planning permission for residential conversion.
126 Boroughbridge Road was let off an asking rent of £9,500 per annum. The property gained a lot of interest for a variety of uses and will now be used as an aesthetic clinic.
