After a busy Christmas period we are pleased to announce a number of completions. 39 Tanner Row was let off an asking rent of £25,000 per annum as a continued use as a restaurant with takeaway facility. A number of Christmas Completions….
We are pleased to announce the sales of the Everly Country Hotel, Hackness, Scarborough and the Bosville Arms, near Driffield. They both completed on the Friday before Christmas from guide prices of £500,000 and £275,000 respectively. Read more about “A number of Christmas Completions….”
