A number of recent pub sales!
We are pleased to announce the sale of a number of public houses across Yorkshire during September.
The Yorkshire Hussar in York City Centre completed off an asking price of £400,000 for the freehold.
The Oddfellows in Pocklington completed off an asking price of £175,000 for the freehold.
The Ox Inn in Lebberston, near Scarborough completed off an asking price of £195,000 for the freehold.
With a number of other properties currently under offer, we are pleased with the level of activity currently seen in the commercial property market in general.
